The Constitution Review Committee has completed its review of our church constitution.  Thank you again to members who have shared their ideas. We’ve received and reviewed all of the many thoughtful suggestions!

As we move forward together, we encourage you to be part of the next steps:

1. Review the previously sent constitution documents.
2. Submit any questions you would like addressed to Derek Reimer (Text 204-305-0413 or email derek@dwraccounting.com). These questions will be presented at the meeting anonymously like the Pastor Q&A in summer. 
3. Attend the Q&A Information Evening on Tuesday October 7 at 7:00pm. (See event “Constitution Q & A”)
4. Attend the Membership Meeting on Tuesday October 21 at 7:00pm to vote on changes.

October 21, 2025 – Membership Meeting (7:00pm)

• This will be an official membership meeting.
• All members are expected to attend if available.
• Discussion on the proposed changes to the constitution.
• Vote on the constitution amendments (requires 80% to be approved).
